Quality

Always at the heart of our company culture has been the clear determination to discover, satisfy and service our customers’ developing needs and requirements – and, of course, the use of the absolutely best raw materials available.

So it was that we independently developed our own quality assurance system covering the design, manufacture and installation of lifts and components based on the ISO 9001:1994 standard, an achievement recognised on 12 May 1997 by certification by the Spanish Association for Standardisation and Certification (AENOR), making us one of the first companies in our sector so to be recognised.

We have also been certificated by other internationally recognised authorities such as the British Standards Institution, IQNet (the International Certification Network), and the German DQS , who have endorsed our fulfilment of what to us is a golden rule: offering our clients exactly what they need.

With that goal clearly in mind, our staff are alert to any legislative change which might affect our sector, as when the European Lift Directive 95/16/EC came into effect, with the whole resulting process of adaptation across Europe to its requirements.

We dealt with this challenge by reformulating our entire Quality Assurance System to comply with the new Directive and were the first company in the whole of Spain to be certified by AENOR as being compliant for lift design, manufacture and start-up.

In line with our policy of continuous improvement, we again adapted our Quality Assurance System in 2003 to bring it into line with the revised ISO9001 standard, with the resulting ISO 9001:2000 certification.

As a reflection of our respect for the environment and commitment to society at large, we have incorporated into our quality assurance system an environmental management system based on the international ISO 14001 standard, and certified by AENOR and IQNet.
