Machine Room Less Lift.

Silens-Pro® is a machine-roomless lift, which minimises building work and maximises space-saving. Its innovative gearless permanent-magnet synchronous motor is located at the top of the lift shaft on a bedplate directly fixed to the guide rails which are anchored to each floor slab, with the result that loads are transmitted to the pit rather than to the shaft walls, thereby preventing vibration and disturbance to the walls of adjoining homes.

As an option, we also offer EcoSaver, a new state-of-the-art regenerative drive system which makes perfect environmental and economic sense.

EcoSaver does not just consume power, it also actively generates it and it uses it with supreme efficiency. Our EcoSaver System efficiently recovers this energy and feeds it back into the building’s power supply – reducing the building’s total energy consumption by up to 50%. All of which amounts to major year-on-year cost savings.
